Shipping Method

For orders in the United States, we use USPS as our delivery company. If you choose to use the delivery company that we recommend, free shipping will be provided. It will take 5-7 business days to deliver the product(s) to your mailing address. We will send you a tracking number once our product(s) is shipped.

Delivery Time

The forwarder that we recommended strives to provide quick and efficient delivery service to customers but delivery time may vary because of state of delivery, shipping method selected, customs issues, logistic arrangements, weather and seasonal holiday (i.e. Christmas, New Year, Easter). The forwarder that we recommended has no control over and will not be responsible for any delay.

Undeliverable Orders

Occasionally orders are returned to us as incorrect address, a PO Box and hotel address, failed delivery attempts, refuse to pay tax/ refuse to provide ID copy/ unable to make import declarations or parcel refused by recipient.

When the delivery agent returns an undeliverable package to us, we issue a refund by deducting the original shipping fee, handling fee and 10% of the total value of products as re-stocking fee.

We can re-ship orders that are returned to us as undeliverable or unclaimed. However, customers will be charged 10% of the total value of products as re-send shipping fee.
